Three generations built it.
A fourth is drawing the next line.
V. K. Chhapia & Co. was established in 1950 by Shri V. K. Chhapia and his son, Shri Shashikant V. Chhapia, the principal architect and planner, who built the practice on the enduring principles of technical excellence, integrity and service. They believed architecture was a profession with a responsibility to society, and generously contributed their expertise to numerous community projects without professional fees.
In 1965, Architect Anil Chhapia, brother of Shri Shashikant V. Chhapia, joined the practice, further strengthening the firm's design and planning capabilities. Together, they established a reputation for delivering practical, economical and thoughtfully designed residential, commercial, industrial and redevelopment projects.
Today, the firm is led by Ar. Paras S. Chhapia, representing the third generation, with Ar. Sapna Chhapia, the fourth generation, bringing a contemporary perspective through architecture and interior design. Together, they continue the firm's 75-year legacy of crafting refined, enduring spaces where luxury meets everyday livability.
